I have been deciding on different things to do each month of this year and probably beyond.I’d like some new and exciting things to take part in, get involved in, go different places, eat different things, just try things out really. Some months will just be little things that I can do in a day, others will be challenges for the whole month.
January’s was a walk up Whernside, one of the Yorkshire Three Peaks. I have walked Whernside before as part of the Three Peaks Challenge but never on its own. It used to be my favourite one, now I’m not so sure…
Whernside in the middle of winter is brutal. We did manage to pick a weekend without snow fall though, which was lucky 🙂
February was all about the nostalgia, so I went and had my nose pierced. Accompanied by my Mummy. We’re awesome with our matching nose studs.
Now March is a challenging one. I have banned myself from eating chocolate. I know, this is pure insanity! I love chocolate but my addiction was getting out of hand, I was just gorging on the stuff and I had actually lost the enjoyment of it. This month my chocolate intake will be zero. No matter how desperate I get…I’ll be fine…honestly, it’s not as though I’m counting down the days until April…
Ahhh April. What better way to celebrate 31 days without chocolate than 30 days of exercise! I have a couple of ideas lined up that I’ve seen on Pinterest. There’s a squat challenge or plank or Yoga. I haven’t quite decided yet. I’m open to suggestions 🙂
I have no plans set in stone for the rest of the year but I’ll be looking for things that are new to me. Some may well be adventurous others might be a bit more laid back. I shall keep you updated on my progress and please let me know of any ideas you might have for me. Thank you ♥
