30 Day Ab Challenge…

I have made the decision that for every month this year I will do something different. It could be something big, it could be something small.

In January I walked Whernside, now I have walked it before but it’s always been when I’ve been walking the Three Peaks. So it was walked on its own, as its own peak. It was cold and wet and miserable but it was awesome!

February was the month to get my nose pierced, with my Mum.

March has been a painful one as I have gone the whole month without chocolate! I’m having a Cadbury’s creme egg for breakfast on the 1st of April and I cannot wait ♥

Now that April is almost upon us I would like to invite you to join me in this months endeavour. April shall be my second full months challenge. I shall be challenging myself to 30 days of Ab related exercises but I don’t want to do it alone!

If you keep telling yourself that you want to get fit or just start a healthier lifestyle then let this be the start of it 🙂
