It is finally over! My 30 Day Ab Challenge is complete. I completed the entire thing, it was horrible.
My abs will never forgive me but one day they will thank me.
I will be continuing the workout just not as religiously as I have been doing. I’m planning on getting back in to running, doing more walking and get in to a routine for yoga and meditation. I at least know now that I do have the time to fit these in because I’ve been doing these workouts.
I found this Ab Challenge on Pinterest. There are loads of them on there so plenty to choose from to suit your needs.
This challenge has not given me a washboard stomach and I didn’t expect it to. I have no six pack to speak of but I know I have improved my core strength. I’m sure I have some ripped abs under there somewhere but first I have to burn off the fat with some cardio…
As far as I am aware I haven’t lost weight.
If I’ve built muscle up surely I’ll have gained weight, muscle weighs more than fat right? Or is that one of those daft urban myths?
Anyway I didn’t set out on this challenge to get fitter or healthier or slimmer. I did as one of my challenges for the year. To see if I could and I did it. I’m extremely proud of myself because some days I honestly just could not be arsed, one day I gave myself a migraine because of it and another day I had to do two of the workouts straight after one another because I missed the day before due to another migraine!
It’s been tough, yes I know I haven’t climbed Everest, maybe next year? 😉
I posted this at the start of the challenge Where it all began 🙂.

Here’s the full 30 days.
Don’t ever let anyone make you think you’re not good enough.
Follow your dreams right now! Don’t wait until tomorrow,
next week, next year. Stop planning, start doing 🙂
Be happy and keep smiling 😀
