Clare very kindly answered some very important questions for me!
1. Describe the colour grey to a blind person
It’s one of my favourite colours, it resembles a calmness about it, some people say the day can look grey to them when they are feeling sad, ‘the skies are grey’ . It’s the colour the clouds go when it’s going to rain.
2. Where IS Wally?
Wally is everywhere, we can all be a wally and silly at time, he’s in each of us! But he was also a character created with big glasses and wears red white and blue and was hidden in the pages of a book with lots of different characters. Children would look for him in the pages.
3. Doctor Who ?
All time favourite TV show and a big hit of BBC TV. He travels back and forth in time!
4. Beach house, lake house or pent house?
Beach house for sure, I love the sounds of the waves and sand between your toes. It’s a place for reflection and being at peace. It’s also a place to create family memories building sand castles and watching the sun set and sun rise!
5. Please give me some life advice.
Never give up! You won’t know how close you were if you give up!
6. How many roads must a man walk down before you can call him a man?
I think life is all about walking many roads! Some easy, some hard. If a man can walk down a road facing anything, being true to himself and to others, admit where he has gone wrong and learning from his mistakes – he’s a man! Life is all about walking roads, growing and learning!
7. Is this the real life?
Real life is wherever you want it to be! I think ‘real’ and feeling ‘alive ‘ is when we do things that challenge us and push us and make us grow! When you are out of your comfort zone and feel nervous or excited, even in adversity when we feel lost, scared or unsure of what’s coming, these are all feelings that remind us we are ‘alive’.
Thank you Clare 🙂 x
