Favourite music artist

eWell, well, here we are again with those daft questions.

I don’t have a favourite music artist, I don’t have a favourite, singer, band or group.

It is an impossibility.

I was never really one to have a favourite when I was younger neither. I didn’t have a typical teenage girl crush on a boy band that was strong enough for me to declare my un-ending dedication to them. That kind of obsession is dangerous.

I did like Point Break though and I was fairly certain that I was going to marry Ollie, alas I didn’t, probably for the best, he was blonde and I prefer dark hair.

I know what you’re thinking..if I think these ‘What’s your favourite?’ questions are daft then why do I bother answering them? Well you see if I find a list of questions or ‘ice breakers’ or blog post ideas I have to answer them all because otherwise the world will implode!

I think the first person who I voluntarily liked of my own accord was Elvis Presley. I don’t know why, I don’t know where it came from. Neither of my parents were particularly Elvis fans. They didn’t dislike him, they just weren’t fans.

I adored him! I thought he was amazing πŸ™‚ I had all his films, which admittedly I never watched, I had posters, albums. A friend of the family even got me a copy of their photo’s from their trip to Graceland!

So when I was nine my favourite artist was most definitely Elvis, however these days my tastes are more varied. The list is wide and endless. I’m not even going to go in to it because I would be here forever.

Either way I don’t have a favourite anymore. Music is just part of my life in many different formsΒ β™₯
