As you might be aware I recently published my first book – From flat-out to focused.
This was, of course, an enormous achievement for me and something I am happy to tick off of my goals list.
Since publishing the book I have had several people ask me how I had time to write it. The simple answer is that I found the time, I had to make the time.
We have all said that we don’t have time for this or that. We’re too busy. If you really want to do something you will make the time.
I had to make time on order to write my book. I had put it off far too long, mainly because I thought I didn’t have the time, but I did.
I just had to sort out my priorities.
It’s not easy and I have come to the conclusion that I may have been doing a bit too much, burning the candle at both ends.
My health and well being aren’t worth jeopardising.
I will continue making time for my dreams and goals but they’re not going to dominate my life so much that it makes me ill. If that were the case what would be the point?
I still continue to eat, breathe and sleep my goals, my dreams and aspirations but I also know I have to eat, sleep and breathe for myself.
When you find your time, use it wisely ∞
Don’t ever let anyone make you think you’re not good enough.
Follow your dreams right now! Don’t wait until tomorrow,
next week, next year. Stop planning, start doing 🙂
Be happy and keep smiling 😀
