‘Forever Living’ review

forever living

My lovely friend Clare sent me some great products from Forever Living to try out.

I have to admit I’m not a lover of the fads that seem to do the rounds these days, things like Juice Plus, The New Atkins Diet, The Zone Diet, The Paleo Diet, I could go on…

However the Forever Living franchise is actually nothing like those as far as I can tell.

So what did Clare send me?

  • Deodorant
  • Lip Balm
  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Aloe Vera Gel drink
  • Toothpaste
  • Hand soap

Out of all of these I have used the shampoo, conditioner and Aloe drink the most.

The only shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever been able to use is Dove as I have psoriasis on my scalp and other brands just irritate my skin.

However I did recently discover that Dove is tested on animals and I have been looking for a replacement.

None of the Forever Living products are tested on animals which is awesome for the animals and great for me.

My hair is soft and shiny, smells great and is guilt free. Now if the shampoo and conditioner could also get rid of my greys, it would be perfect.

Now on to the Aloe Vera Gel Drink. I am going to admit, this stuff is really vile tasting. It tastes like you’d expect a plant to taste.

However I really do believe it is doing some good.

It has certainly helped my skin. I have psoriasis on my knees and elbows and it has actually improved.

I also suffer with terrible bloating and constant nausea.

I’m unsure if this is due to eating chocolate, which I have now cut out of my diet.

Either way the Aloe Gel has definitely helped my skin problems.

If you can’t stand the taste it’s a good idea to mix it with some apple juice. Or you could just not be a wuss about it and just down a shot of it twice a day, which is what I’ve been doing.

If you think these products might be for you or you want to check out any of the other products you can get in touch with Clare here

Don’t ever let anyone make you think you’re not good enough.

Follow your dreams right now! Don’t wait until tomorrow,

next week, next year. Stop planning, start doing 🙂

Be happy and keep smiling 🙂
