‘Fusion‘ nightclub on Liverpool’s lively Fleet Street was this years spot for ‘Liverpool Fashion Week 2017‘.I received compensation for my review of the products or services in this post.
Gok Wan opened the event on Monday the 2nd of October with ‘Couture Glamour’, followed by ‘New and Emerging Talent’ on Tuesday, ‘High street, independent boutiques & designers’ on Wednesday and on Thursday their closing party, which I am sure was out of this world.
M&S kicked off the catwalk show with their gorgeous range of bold, autumnal colours with a hint of Christmas celebration sneaked in for good measure. With some chunky knits and snuggly scarves, I know where I’m heading for my winter wardrobe.
John Lewis’ classic collection boasted smart with a side of casual. Ranging from ‘black tie’ to ‘walk in the park’.
The ‘Peacocks’ range was a lovely set of neutral colours, showing us some cute dresses to dress up or down and some very cosy looking sleep wear, perfect for cuddling up on the sofa 😉
Valery’s Vintage well and truly rocked with some 80’s retro. I adored each and every one of these outfits.
I think these pictures speak for themselves but I’ll talk about the clothes anyway… These pieces are exquisite, truly stunning. They made the models look as though they were floating down the catwalk. Absolutely beautiful.
Liverpool is such a vibrant, bustling city with some incredible bars, shops, museums, restaurants and of course nightlife. I have made a mental note to come back as soon as possible to do some more exploring!
Thank you Liverpool Fashion Week, you are amazing, see you next year!
Don’t ever let anyone make you think you’re not good enough.
Follow your dreams right now! Don’t wait until tomorrow,
